- The visa holder can work in any sector of the UK Economy for one year without the need for a work permit.
- The holidaymaker can switch to work permit employment after the first year on the WHM Visa.
This visa is also good for school leavers who want to experience life and culture of the UK before settling down to life in their own countries.

REPRESENTATION AT IMMIGRATION APPEALS
HAVE YOU OR YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS OR ANYONE ELSE YOU KNOW HAD YOUR VISA OR IMMIGRATION APPLICATION BEEN REFUSED???
DO NOT GIVE UP YET!!!
OR
ARE YOU A VISA APPLICANT WHO HAS?
- Spent hours or days queuing for or preparing visa application?
- Submitted all the required documents including satisfactory bank statements and support letter from sponsor etc?
- Answered all the questions put to you in the visa interview?
- Still been refused despite having all of the above?
- Been refused more than once or refused with a letter saying that you have no right of appeal?
The good news is do not lose hope! You can still get your visa! Come and use our appeal service!
We will deal with all the stress and burden of the appeal system for you and in the very least you need to seek proper advice before making any other visa application.
Our success rate for visa appeals is good, which means we are able to get many refusal decisions overturned for our overseas clients who use our Appeals Service after their initial visa application has been refused.
Let us show you how to make the system work for you and not against your dreams!!!
LET SAY YOU VISA APPLICATION HAS BEEN REFUSED, CONSIDER THAT;
While any applicant can make or submit an appeal you must consider the:
- Complex appeal rules
- The 28-day time limit to prepare and submit the appeal to the British High Commission or directly with the Asylum and Immigration Tribunal in the United Kingdom.
- How to present the relevant evidence in a way that benefits your case
- Appeal hearings will take place at the Asylum and Immigration Tribunal Hearing Centres in the United Kingdom, and if the appeal requires presence of a legal representative in the Tribunal, our UK Partner company, Dele Adedeji Associates Ltd will represent our clients.
- Entry Clearance Officers are known to make mistakes of facts and circumstances during the consideration of visa applications.
Reasons for refusal are often difficult to understand and make no sense to some visa applicants, therefore;
- It is advisable that clients use a reputable Immigration Advocate like Dele Adedeji & Associates Ltd, to increase their chances of success as,
- We are also able to make applications for a Review of any Decision to refuse any visa application, supported with further documentation and clear & relevant case-law, which either the Entry Clearance Officer or Entry Clearance Manager may accept and reverse the visa refusal in the client’s, and;
- We are specialists in Immigration Appeals for visa refusal especially for student’s visa, Family Visitors Visa, Working Holiday makers, HSMP Applicants, Student Nurses, refusal of British Passport or Right of Abode applications.
For your peace of mind bring your refusal notice to our Specialist Immigration Adviser for confirmation on whether the ECO’s decision is either the right one or whether s/he used the appropriate forms especially if you have applied to undertake adaptation training or work as a senior care assistant or family visitor and you were refused without right of appeal.
- Do not throw away your appeal rights
We urge all applicants in these categories to contact us for assistance.
For advice and assistance on any of our services please come into any of our offices where one of our trained Associate Immigration Advisers will first spend a few minutes with you to quickly establish whether your enquiry comes under any of the services that you require.
If it is established that we cannot help you, our adviser will tell you why and s/he will offer you some alternatives.
Where it is established that we can assist, the client, will be required to have a detailed immigration assessment or consultation. The consultation lasts between 30-60 minutes.
During this assessment process you will normally be asked several questions and any of the documents presented will be studied.
This is necessary so that our adviser can identify the legal issues and decide on the best options that will help to solve your immigration matter.
The assessment & consultation will identify all the likely costs to you, processing time and any other evidence required for the success of your matter. We will also consider what we can offer you and you will be given a written copy of any advice offered to you.
If you decide to go ahead by engaging our service then you will be given a service agreement, which will give the full details of the terms and conditions of our service.
