What we do for the fees we charge is outlined below:

The fees for all services after the Initial consultation are calculated by reference to the time spent by our advisers dealing with the client's immigration matter. It covers further study of relevant papers, case research, advising & attending on client and others orally and in writing, drafting, preparing and submitting relevant statements and representation to relevant agencies or making / presenting application on client's behalf and dealing with United Kingdom Border Agency [UKBA], British High Commissions, Immigration Tribunals and any other involved third party, taking telephone calls, taking further instructions from client, dealing with correspondence, emails and updating client regarding client's matter and advising client orally from time to time on their matter etc
For appeals our fee will cover lodging the appeal, follow-up work as outlined above and for oral appeals it will include preparing, attending and representing client at the Immigration Tribunal including costs for travel and waiting time on day of hearing. Our Appeal Lodging service fee will cover preparing grounds of appeal and lodging with the Immigration Tribunal.
Our fees do not include any application fee payable for Entry clearance applications or fees to the UK Border Agency, interpreters, or for translation of documents, specialist reports or any other payments made to other third parties.
The different fee range scale reflects the fact that some cases are more
complex than others.
Fee Payment: We normally require 50% of any agreed fee
to proceed with the matter.
For Appeals: Where the Appeal hearing has not been fixed 50% is paid in advance with the balance payable once the notice of hearing is issued. For appeals where the hearing date is known and the appeal will be heard within four weeks or less, the appeal representation fee is payable in full and in advance upon instruction. For all fee payment we are able to consider flexible payment options at our sole discretion.
Payment: We accept most forms of payment except credit or debit cards.
These Fees do not include VAT and our current hourly fee is £250 per hour.
